RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Sales made through our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation and the provisions of this law-regulation are applied.
Return Conditions
You can return the purchased product within (14) days from the delivery date without damaging, using and impairing the resalability of the product. However, when delivering the product, the product must be delivered complete and undamaged together with its packaging and accessories, if any. If any of these rules are missing, the product return will not be accepted.
If the product is returned in accordance with the return conditions, the product amount will be refunded. It takes 1-3 weeks for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the bank you work with.
Before sending the product, you must make your return request from the ''Product Return'' section in Customer Service. You can send the product to us after creating your return request.
The shipping fee for products returned using the right of withdrawal belongs to the "Seller".
The compliance of the products you will return with the following conditions will ensure that the transactions are completed quickly.
1- You must make a Product Return or Exchange request on our website Customer Service regarding the product you will return or want to change. Returns or exchanges of products sent without a return or exchange request will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
2- In cases where the labels attached by the importer or manufacturer on the product box are torn, or the vacuum or gelatin packaging is opened, return requests will not be accepted. The shoe box is a part of the product, it must be sent to you in an extra packaging as it was sent.
3- The return must be made within (14) days from the delivery date of the purchased product without opening the packaging, damaging or spoiling it, and without using the product.
4- The 1-week return period does not apply for requests to return products after they have been removed from their original packaging and used, and the product will definitely not be accepted back.
5- When receiving the product, check it with the cargo company that delivered it. Do not accept the product/products that you think were damaged during shipment. If the product/products are damaged, have the cargo officer draw up a report.
6- When delivering the product, the product must be delivered complete and undamaged, including its packaging and accessories, if any. If any of these rules are missing, the product return will not be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 8 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the customer "has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any responsibility and without giving any reason within seven days from the date of receipt of the product." Accordingly, the customer has the right to return the product without reason within 14 days after receiving it.
Product Exchange
It is possible to exchange the same product with different sizes or different colors that do not have a price difference. In products with a price difference, your money must be refunded and the new product must be re-ordered. For the exchange process, you must create a request from the Product Return section and then send the product to us.
